Petals with a Purpose- Cancelled

Dear Petals with a Purpose Attendees:

Arlington Free Clinic is an organization that cares deeply for the health and well-being of our community, and we were looking forward to gathering together on April 1st to celebrate and support all their great work (work that is continuing amidst the current health crisis).

Along with the rest of the world, we’ve been closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and stand with the Clinic in their decision to cancel the event in the interest of public health.

During times like these, your support is even more important. If you would like to convert your ticket to a general contribution to the Clinic, no action is necessary. If you would like a refund, please email the AFC Development Department at mcoyle@arlingtonfreeclinic.org.

In response to challenges like this one, people often ask what they can do to help. If you’re looking for a way to help Arlington Free Clinic, an organization committed to meeting the medical needs of our most vulnerable neighbors, they could benefit from:

  1. Contributions (the Clinic relies almost entirely on private donations)
  2. Items including new digital thermometers, Clorox wipes, antibacterial hand sanitizers (donate via their Amazon Wishlist or call to arrange a drop-off: 703-979-1425, ext. 121)

Thank you for your support and stay well!
