AFC’s Board and Staff Leadership are thrilled to announce the adoption of our organization’s new Strategic Plan following a year-long effort that engaged patients, staff, volunteers, donors, businesses, community safety-net partners, and governmental entities. Information gathered through focus groups, feedback sessions, meetings and a scan of the current literature informed the plan that will chart AFC’s direction for the next four years.
