Arlington Free Clinic provides medical services to uninsured, low-income residents of Arlington County, Virginia who have resided in the United States for at least one year.

To be eligible individuals must provide:

• Proof of residency in US of at least one year:
• Proof of residency in Arlington County, Virginia
• Proof of income
• Verification of no medical insurance

New Patient Registration
New patient registration takes place the first and third Tuesday of each month at 1 PM.  Individuals seeking services at AFC must arrive at 1 PM and bring a picture ID and proof of their residence in Arlington. 

This registration process provides an opportunity for individuals to take the first step toward qualifying for services (proof of Arlington residence) and to obtain an appointment for eligibility screening.
