Arlington Free Clinic provides medical services to uninsured, low-income residents of Arlington County, Virginia who have resided in the United States for at least one year.

To be eligible individuals must provide:

• Proof of residency in US of at least one year:
• Two proofs of Arlington Residency - a picture ID that matches your name to your face; and a recent (past two months) telephone or utility bill, lease, bank statement, etc.
• Proof of income (e.g., pay stubs from past two months; letter from employer if paid in cash)
• Most recent tax returns,if filed

New Patient Registration
New patient registration takes place the first and third Tuesdays of the month.  Unfortunately, because we are limited in the number of new patients we can accept, the process is similar to a lottery and is as follows:

Please note that the lottery to become a patient at Arlington Free Clinic has been moved to a new time. 

9:30 – 10:30 am: Pick up letter for lottery

You will need to provide:
• Picture ID
• Proof of Arlington residency [e.g., bill or bank statement dated within last two months]
• Proof that you have been in the U.S. for more than one year

10:30 am:    Drawing  (If your letter is selected you will need to be at the Clinic for up to three hours)
