Jennie

Jennie says she couldn’t work if it weren’t for AFC. She suffers from seizures and needs medications that cost over $500/month to control them. She works part-time at a local restaurant and makes minimum wage. Although her employer offers health insurance, Jennie’s limited income puts the premiums out of reach. Now a patient at AFC, Jennie doesn’t have to worry about how she’ll afford the 4 pills a day she needs to take to stave off seizures. “By taking care of me, the Clinic allows me to take care of my children.”
