How AFC is Funded

• AFC relies almost entirely on private donations to fund the $2.5M operating budget. We receive no county or federal funding. Less than 2% of the budget comes from the Virginia legislature for our pharmacy services.
• It is through the generosity of community residents, businesses, churches, civic associations and foundations that we are able to fund the care we provide.
