Clinic Priorities
General operating funds allow us the flexibility needed to support thousands of medical visits for patients, ensure clinical excellence, and maintain our Clinic facility.
Examples of what your donations can buy or support:
- Exam gowns, drapes and other disposable exam-room supplies
- Supplies to perform EKGs and to maintain EKG equipment
- Technical support for computers used by staff and volunteers
- Security and backup for technology systems
- Technology infrastructure (purchases, upgrades and maintenance of computers, printers etc.) needed to support the Electronic Medical Record, pharmacy, and scheduling of volunteers and patients
- Phone, T1 line and Internet connection
- Utilities and condo fees for the Clinic facility
- Leases for the copy machines
- Security systems for the Clinic and additional security for the pharmacy
- Generic medications dispensed through the on-site pharmacy
- Daily cleaning and additional facility upkeep as needed
- Personnel expenses, including access to health insurance for staff
