Current Executive Director Nancy Sanger Pallesen will retire at the end of 2014 after 21 years of service at AFC. Subsequently, Diane Naughton will serve as the acting Executive Director effective January 1, 2015 as a search committee, comprised of AFC Board Members, continues its search for a permanent Executive Director. Diane has been a volunteer at the Clinic since 2007, joined its Board of Directors in 2009, and was Board Secretary in 2011 and Vice-Chair in 2014. Additionally, Diane has been a fundraising committee member for AFC’s Annual Benefit Gala since 2008 and in 2014 co-chaired the 20th Anniversary Gala’s Fundraising Committee, leading her team of volunteer community members to raise a record-breaking $1.2 million for the Clinic. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an M.S. in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard University School of Public Health.
