Oral health is an essential component of a person’s wellbeing, affecting the ability to eat, speak, socialize secure employment and attain overall health.
AFC is launching a program to ensure all of our patients have access to regular oral health care. We will:
- Secure the use of dental space
- Offer services including cleanings, extractions and fillings
- Refer up to 70 patients each year for additional services
- Provide approximately 1,500 dental visits annually
Nearly all of AFC’s patients require dental care, but currently we are only able to provide visits for 5% of our patients. Once our Oral Health Program is fully implemented, all of our patients will have access to this important service.
The Crown Club

Gold: $5,000
Silver: $1,000

- on the AFC website,
- in the AFC Annual Report and
- on a donor plaque at AFC.
